New - Developing Outcomes for Patients and Improving Services
A one day programme designed to help clinicians and managers to take a closer look at developing useable and practical outcome measures so that they can respond to commissioner, staff and patients to enable delivery of quality services which also contribute towards reducing waste and inefficiency.
