Creating Successful Business Cases - Regional Workshops
The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy is launching an additional 3 workshops in Edinburgh on 14th September, Belfast on 22nd September and London on 30th September
The aim of these highly interactive and practical workshops is to improve the capability and skills of physiotherapists in constructing successful Business Cases within an NHS context to respond to World Class Commissioning and other local priorities.
A hands on approach will be adopted throughout providing workable ideas and practical solutions to some of the issues currently facing many services. There will be some preparatory work to do to enable discussion of real life issues.
Zac Arif and Paul Johnson from The Access Partnership will lead each workshop and together have many years experience and expertise of working in the NHS. They will help provide an insight into writing short and concise business cases such as bidding for more resources and proposing changes in services as well as help delegates to understand key financial elements such as costing services, national tariffs and indicators.
