The NDTi annual two day conference was held in Bristol at the Royal Marriott Hotel on 18th and 19th November 2009. The theme this year was "Inclusion"

Centrevents worked in partnership with the NDTi from the outset, we met with the programme leads from the NDTi to fully understand their vision for the event. As the programme came together we talked through how best to logistically organise the two days. Working on the clients requirements, Centrevents sourced a venue that was appropriate to the programme, accessibility needs and the budget.
We handled the marketing of the event to make sure the event was fully attended from the desired audience. Centrevents produced the budget for the conference in conjunction with the Ndti and ensured that the event was delivered within this budget. Cenntrevents also handled the invoicing, invoice chasing and banking details of the conference.
We worked with the NDTi to host and manage on the day, an efficiently delivered and well evaluated two day conference.
Bookings were made through our online booking system which can give regular updates to the client as well as via post and fax. The team at Centrevents handled all enquiries, confirmations, accomodation requirements as wellas being the main point of contact for those atending and presenting at the conference
Centrevents undertook all liaison with venue prior to the event including negotiating to obtain the best rates, as well as ensuring the clients needs were met in terms of catering layout of rooms and accommodation.
Centrevents worked with the NDTi to host and manage the two day event, which included an evening reception, conference dinner and entertainment. The two-day conference included plenary speakers, workshops and an exhibition. Over 150 people attended the effciently delivered and well evaluated event
